Request to Address the Board of Trustees
This form must be completed to speak at an upcoming Burke Board of Trustees Board meeting. Instructions: This request form must be submitted by 10 a.m. on the meeting day. The Board President will call upon speakers in order of agenda items to be addressed. Visitor comments will be limited to three (3) minutes unless otherwise approved by the Board. Board Response: Specific factual information or recitation of existing policy may be furnished in response to inquiries, but the Board may not deliberate, discuss, or make any decision on any subject not on the agenda.
