Burke Center, a local governmental entity and nonprofit organization operating under the provisions of Texas Health and Safety Code § 534, seeks to contract with qualified, experienced providers to deliver Community Psychiatric Hospital Bed services to eligible individuals in accordance with applicable state requirements and community standards.

YES Waiver Provider Services

Burke Center, a designated Mental Health Authority contracted by Texas Health and Human Services, is seeking qualified providers interested in delivering applicable home- and community-based services through its Youth Empowerment Services (YES) Waiver Program. Services are provided to youth ages three (3) through eighteen (18) who have a serious emotional disturbance and are at risk of placement outside the home.

Examples of services may include, but are not limited to:

• Credentialed Animal-Assisted Therapy
• Art and Music Therapy
• Recreational Therapy
• Nutritional Counseling
