Pharmacy Services will be provided to the participating Burke persons served, as well as to some employed staff, within its eleven-county catchment area. Pharmacy Sublessor will lease one space in Lufkin. Services will also be provided to off-site Burke facilities.

YES Waiver Provider Services

Burke Center, a designated Mental Health Authority contracted by Texas Health and Human Services, is seeking qualified providers interested in delivering applicable home- and community-based services through its Youth Empowerment Services (YES) Waiver Program. Services are provided to youth ages three (3) through eighteen (18) who have a serious emotional disturbance and are at risk of placement outside the home.

Examples of services may include, but are not limited to:

• Credentialed Animal-Assisted Therapy
• Art and Music Therapy
• Recreational Therapy
• Nutritional Counseling
