Taking charge: Caring or Yourself and Others is the theme of this year’s conference. It is designed to encourage each of us to recognize issues affecting our success and enjoyment of the many caregiver roles we play.

Following the keynote address, some twenty professionals and educators will tackle subjects such as “Balancing Work, Family and Play”, “Managing Stress in Order to LIVE WELL”, “Coping with Stress as a Caregiver” and “Becoming Involved: Strategies for Your Child’s Success in School.” “We chose conference topics that really can apply to every demographic within our society” said Paul Jackson, event coordinator and Community Relations Director for Burke. “There really is something for everyone.” The conference schedule can be viewed here.
