Burke's Employment Navigator program furthers the State of Texas's initiatives that allow all individuals with disabilities to participate in the integrated work environment. Burke collaborates with state and local agencies to make this happen, including the Texas Health and Human Services Commission, the Texas Workforce Commission, the Texas Education Agency, and school districts.

Christi has held many roles, from residential assistant to habilitation trainer and now home manager.
Her journey reflects her unwavering commitment to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in our community. Christi's role involves coordinating medical appointments and assisting with all aspects of daily living, including bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication administration. Her focus on active treatment, Christi, helps foster independence and personal growth for every client.
