Burke charges reasonable fees for mental health services. Burke will not deny services to a person because of an inability to pay for the service. Burke uses the Department of State Health Services’ Monthly Ability-to-Pay schedule to determine an individual’s ability to pay.
The Sliding Scale chart below is used to determine your maximum monthly fee based on a number of factors, including the size of your household, your annual or monthly gross income and any extraordinary expenses (such as medical expenses or property loss). It is best to utilize this chart as a tool, as clinic staff will discuss this with you at the time of enrollment in services.
Burke’s Consumer Benefits Department is available to assist client enrollment for community assistance programs including but not limited to Medicaid, Children’s Health Insurance Program, TANF, Food Stamps and Medicare Part D. Clients are referred by clinic staff at the time of enrollment in services.
